Noel and her husband Phil have the distinguished honor of having an annual award for outstanding Guardian Ad Litem representation named after them. The Tucker Award was established in 2004.

 

Noel and her husband Phil are the 2011 recipients of the Oklahoma Bar Association Earl

Sneed Award for Outstanding Continuing Legal Education Contributions.
